Welcome to 2D Strength & Fitness

We are a personal training facility offering 1 to 1 and 4:1 client/trainer ratio training. We use equipment that you won’t find in your conventional commercial gyms: sledge hammers, tractor tyres, prowlers, grappling ropes to mention a few. We also provide shower and changing facilities.

Training is by appointment only which allows us to tailor your training to your specific goals.

You will meet like minded people that will bring camaraderie, good competition and most importantly fun whilst you train.
Each client will receive a postural assessment, vital statistics taken on a monthly  basis to track your progress, mentor ship throughout your training and nutritional support.

How we will monitor your progress at 2D Strength & Fitness

 This is one of the most important bits of information we can gather. Body fat reduction is often a primary goal of most clients and its analysis can be a powerful tool when discussing your progress. Other methods of monitoring this can be used by asking you how your clothes feel on you, using before and after pictures and have you been getting any comments from your friends.
This is another great way for you and us to monitor your progress. The statistics taken here are designed to access the girth changes in your body as your training progresses and works hand in hand with the body fat measurement giving you a clear picture of your progress as a whole.
 Everyone will have their weight taken on their first session and will have this regularly taken on the 4 week basis to again help get a clear picture of where you are in relation to your goals may that be weight loss or weight gain.

All three of these aspects combined with a nutritional lifestyle plan and tailored training schedule will help you reach that goal you have set yourself and make the changes you desire!
